Ben
Baker
knew from the age of three that he wanted to play the violin. At seven years old he played with Nigel Kennedy who
recommended he leave his home in New Zealand
and study at The
Yehudi Menuhin School in Surrey. By eight years old Ben had accepted a scholarship
at the school and moved to England
with his whole family. In 2007 Ben played with
the Royal
Philharmonic
Orchestra
at the Royal
Albert Hall
fulfilling an ambition he had nurtured since 8 years old.
